Privacy
I am Artem Kiselev. This site is a personal practice, not an agency. I process little data, and only to reply to you.
What I collect
When you write via the form or email: your name, email, company site, stack, and what you describe about the tool. Optional: a segment parameter so I know which page you came from.
Why
To answer your request about a diagnostic or related work. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest in answering people who contact me.
Where and how long
Messages live in my email and notes. I keep them as long as the conversation and follow-up require, then delete or archive with ordinary mailbox hygiene. I do not sell data.
Site analytics
I run a self-hosted Umami instance for pageviews and basic traffic metrics. The tracker does not set cookies. Sessions are grouped from a rotating hash of IP, browser, and a salt; the IP itself is not stored as a field. The browser honours Do Not Track when that signal is present. A cookie notice will appear only if cookies are actually set.
Separately, Umami records a sample of sessions (clicks, scroll, navigation) and heatmaps so I can see how pages are used. Form inputs are masked. Recordings last up to five minutes and are kept for thirty days. You can object to this processing the same way as for any other data I hold.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write me@artkiselev.dev.
Hosting
The site is static HTML served from a server in France. Analytics (Umami) runs on the same host. Contact forms currently open your mail client; no separate form database yet.
Based in Barcelona. Last updated with the site build.
